INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 And ½ Cup Flour
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Mix Well

  • 140 Ml Warm Water

Make Dough

Rub Some Oil

Keep Aside

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ¼ Cup Onion
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Cup Grated Cauliflower
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Chat Masala
  • ½ Tspn Cumin Powder
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Garlic

Cook For 5 Min.

  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Take Some Dough

Roll

Cauliflower Mixture

Cover Well

Roll

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Fry Both Side Well
