Pastry trees

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 100g (1/2 cup) of cream cheese
  • 50g of cooked ham
  • Cheese
  • Olives

METHOD

1. Unroll the puff pastry on the cutting board and spread the cheese in half. Arrange the cooked ham slices and fold the pastry.

2. Cut into strips and start folding one strip at a time to form the shape of the tree.

3. Transfer the trees to the baking tray covered with parchment paper, transfer them to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

4. Leave to cool completely and decorate with two pieces of cheese on the bottom and one olive at the top.
