Chickpeas nuggets


  • 400g (2 1/2 cups) of boiled chickpeas
  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) of extra virgin olive oil
  • 60g (1/2 cup) of oat flour
  • Corn flakes
  • Oil for frying


1. Pour the chickpeas into the bowl and blend with the immersion blender.

2. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, extra virgin olive oil, and oat flour and mix it all well.

3. Take the mixture with a teaspoon and form the nuggets with your hands.

4. Crush the cornflakes by pressing them with glass and coating the nuggets.

5. Fry the nuggets in the deep hot oil until they are golden brown.
