INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Chana Dal / Split Chickpea

Soak For 2 Hours

Wash Well

Pour In a Blender

  • 2 Red Chilli
  • 1 Tspn Ginger
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • 1/3 Cup Water

Blend Smooth

  • ½ Tspn Ajwain
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Cup Flour

Mix Well

Make Dough

  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Take Some Dough

Roll

Fry In Medium Heated Oil
