Marmalade Muffins


Capacity (90ml)×12cups

  • 120g Unsalted butter
  • 90g Sugar
  • Vanilla oil
  • 100g(w/o shell) Whole egg
  • *room temperature
  • 50g Almond flour
  • 100g Oranges marmalade
  • 150g Flour
  • 6g Baking powder
  • 80g Milk


Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170℃(338°F)

①Sift cake flour and baking powder.

②Chop the marmalade.

Beat an egg lightly until it gets watery. (Please use an egg of room temperature to prevent the batter from separating.)

③Make unsalted butter smooth. Add granulated sugar to the butter in 3 parts. Mix well each time.

Mix it with a whisk until it becomes white and fluffy.

④Add the beat an egg to the butter in 4-5 parts. Mix it until it gets smooth each time.

⑤Add vanilla oil, almond flour, and chopped marmalade, in that order, and mix well.

⑥Add ① and milk by turns.

*Add ①, milk, ①, milk, ① in order and fold it about 10 times.

⑦Put the batter into Baking cups.

Bake at 170℃(338°F)for 22minutes.

⑧Cool completely on wire rack.

*When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or plastic container.
