Yogurt cake with chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 10g vanilla sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 350g yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Powdered sugar
  • 60g chocolate chips

METHOD

1. In a bowl mix together egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar and add in corn starch and yogurt.

2. In another bowl beat egg whites with salt, mix it into the yolk mixture, and add chocolate chips.

3. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
