INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

Boil Some Water

  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 250 Gm Cauliflower

Boil For 2 Min.

Remove From the Water

  • 1 Cup Gram Flour
  • ¼ Cup Rice Flour
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder

Mix Well

  • ¾ Cup Water (Pour Gradually)

Make Batter

  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Dip In Gram Flour Mixture

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry Until Golden Brown Color
