Paneer Tikka Masala
Paneer Tikka Masala is a very popular gravy and it tastes amazing but lot of people doesn't know how to prepare it at home exactly like you get in Restaurants with smokey flavour. So in this video I am going to teach step by step how to prepare authentic Paneer Tikka Masala at home without Tandoor. INGREDIENTS
250 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
- Onion Bulbs
- Capsicum Bulbs
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Raw Mango Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Roasted Gram Flour
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Carrom Seeds
- 1/2 cup Fresh Curd
- Fresh Coriander
- A piece of Coal
- Aluminium Foil
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 2-3 Chopped Tomatoes
- 2-3 Soaked Kashmiri Red Chilis
- Salt
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Oil
Cumin Seeds
- 3-4 Cloves
- 1 pc Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garama Masala
- Butter
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
