Brioche flowers and wurstel


  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) of milk
  • 7g dry yeast
  • 250 g of flour ( 2 cups)
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 sausages
  • Parmesan cheese powder


1. In a bowl mix together milk with sugar, egg, and yeast, and add in bread flour, butter, and salt. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.

2. Divide into 8 balls, roll out each and fill with sausage.

3. Spread with water and dip into the Parmesan cheese. Make cuts and fold them into the flower.

4. Transfer to the baking pan and let it rise for 15 minutes more.

5. Bake at 190°F (375°F) for 15 minutes.
