Hot chocolate cubes on a stick


  • 500g chocolate
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Hot Cocoa Toppings of choice


1. Melt the dark chocolate, add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, coffee powder, and heavy cream and mix well.

2. Pour the mixture into a piping bag.

3. Fill each hole of an ice tray. Add dried coconuts, almonds, and mini marshmallows in some cubes.

4. Fit a wooden stick to each cube. Freeze for 20 minutes.

5. Place a cube of chocolate inside a cup of hot milk. Wait until dissolved.
