For the Gravy

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Onion (sliced)
  • Salt (as required)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 cup Tomato Purée
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 bunch of Fenugreek Leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 4 Eggs (boiled & cut into halves)
