Bread and egg bruschetta


  • Bread
  • Cheese
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil


1. Cut a slightly thick slice of bread. Make another cut in the middle of each slice slightly without cutting it all the way.

2. Grate cheese and fill each slice of bread.

3. Beat eggs and dip each slice of bread into the egg.

4. Pour oil into a pan and cook each slice until golden brown.
