INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cup Methi/ Fenugreek Leaves

Mix Well

  • 110 Ml Water

Make Soft Dough

Rub Some Oil

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Onion
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ¼ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ¼ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix

Take Some Dough

Roll

Potato Stuffing

Methi

Fold

Roll

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Oil

Fry Both Side Well
