INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 110 Ml Warm Milk
  • 1 Tspn Sugar
  • 1 Tspn Yeast
  • Keep For 5 Min.
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Mix Well

Make Dough

Rub Some Oil

Keep For 3 min.

  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potato
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chat Masala
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Onion

Mix Well

  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Take Some Dough

Roll

Potato Mixture

Cover Well

Roll

Press With a Wooden Spoon

Fry in Medium Heat

  • 1 Tspn Butter

Fry Both Sides Well
