Bundt cake with chocolate

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g (1 1/2 cups) flour
  • 160g (3/4 cup) sugar
  • 100g (3/4 cup) corn flour
  • 200ml (4/5 cup) milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 14g baking powder
  • 100g chocolate
  • Powdered sugar

METHOD

1. Coat chocolate pieces with flour.

2. In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, and add in milk, oil, flour baking powder, and corn flour.

3. Transfer to the baking pan and add chocolate. Bake at 190°C (390°F) for 35 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
