Braised beef

INGREDIENTS

  • 600g beef
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3 celery sticks, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) water
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

METHOD

1. Fry the meat from all sides for a few minutes.

2. In the same pan fry, all vegetables put the beef back in the pan, and cover with vine and water, add rosemary, salt, and pepper. Boil for 1 hour turning the beef several times.

3. Blend vegetables and cook with beef pieces for a few minutes.
