Chocolate crackers
INGREDIENTS
- 425g (1 ½ cups) peanut butter
- 110g (½ cup) butter
- 300g (2 ½ cups) powdered sugar
Graham crackers
- 500g (3 cups) chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Peanut butter drizzle:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening, or coconut oil
METHOD
1. Mix peanut butter and butter in a bowl at room temperature.
2. Gradually add icing sugar and continue mixing.
3. Place a tablespoon on top of a cracker, and spread it all over the cookie.
4. Melt dark chocolate mixed with coconut oil. Dip each cookie side up in the peanut butter mixture and let dry.
5. Garnish with melted peanut butter.
