Grilled goose with garlic sauce
Grilled goose is an exceptional and eclectic roast, especially when roasted skewered on a charcoal bbq. Geese have plenty of fat which really helps during grilling and gives a fantastic bonus in the final taste result. Back in the day, as I remember, they used to serve it with a traditional homemade garlic sauce made with burned flour, a generous amount of garlic, and vinegar. Grilling on a spit takes much time but you can also cook it in your eclectic oven at 160°C for the first 3 hours and then at 180°C for 1 hour until the internal temperature hits 85-90°C. Follow the same detailed procedure shown in the video up until the grilling part. We definitely recommend grilling it skewered, on charcoals, and only choose the electric oven option if grilling on a spit is not at all available. Let’s see the whole process in detail, from the preparation to grilling.
