INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 2 Medium Raw Potatoes
  • ¼ Cup Onion
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • ½ Tspn Cumin

Blend Smooth

Pour

  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Garam Masala
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour

Mix Well

  • 1 Tspn Oil

Make Soft Dough

Take Some Dough

Roll

Cut With a Steel Glass

Fry In Medium Heat Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
