The Espresso Martini
The Espresso Martini recipe was first created by Dick Bradsell in the 1980s. It was originally made with Wyborowa, a Polish rye-grain vodka, and Kahlua, a rum-based coffee liqueur, with fresh espresso and a touch of simple syrup for sweetness. It's popularity has exploded, especially in Australia, over the past 5-10 years and has inspired countless riffs.

- 2 oz / 60 ml vodka
