INGREDIENTS:

---Royal Icing with Egg Whites (makes 2 cups)

β€’ β…“ cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
β€’ Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract
β€’ 1/16 teaspoon cream of tartar
β€’ 4 ΒΌ cups powdered sugar
β€’ water, for adjusting consistency
---Royal Icing with Meringue Powder (makes 3 cups)
β€’ 4 cups powdered sugar
β€’ 3 tablespoons meringue powder
β€’ 9 tablespoons warm water
β€’ Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract
