INGREDIENTS:
---Royal Icing with Egg Whites (makes 2 cups)

cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
β’ Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract
β’ 1/16 teaspoon cream of tartar
β’ 4 ΒΌ cups powdered sugar
β’ water, for adjusting consistency
---Royal Icing with Meringue Powder (makes 3 cups)
β’ 4 cups powdered sugar
β’ 3 tablespoons meringue powder
β’ 9 tablespoons warm water
β’ Β½ teaspoon vanilla extract
