- ½ Cup Poha / Flatten Rice
Soak For 5 Min.
Wash Well
Mash The Poha
- ¼ Cup Curd
- ¼ Cup Suji / Semolina
- 3 Tbsp Carrot
- 3 Tbsp Capsicum
- 2 Tbsp Boiled Corn
- 2 Green Chilli
- 1 Tspn Ginger
- ½ Tspn Salt
- ½ Tspn Pepper Powder
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- ½ Cup Water
Mix Well
- ¼ Tspn Baking Soda
Grease Oil In Appe Pan
Pour Batter
Cook For 5 Min.
Flip
Cook Both Side Well
