INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Poha / Flatten Rice

Soak For 5 Min.

Wash Well

Mash The Poha

  • ¼ Cup Curd
  • ¼ Cup Suji / Semolina
  • 3 Tbsp Carrot
  • 3 Tbsp Capsicum
  • 2 Tbsp Boiled Corn
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tspn Ginger
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Pepper Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Cup Water

Mix Well

  • ¼ Tspn Baking Soda

Grease Oil In Appe Pan

Pour Batter

Cook For 5 Min.

Flip

Cook Both Side Well
