Sweet chips
INGREDIENTS
- 250ml (1 cup) boiling water
- 1/2 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 250g (2 1/2 cups) flour
- Pistachio grains
- Melted chocolate
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together water, sugar, salt, and flour.
2. Roll out the dough and cut out star shape dough.
3. Fry in hot oil until golden.
4. Dip into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with pistachio grain.
