  • 1 Cup Poha/ Flatten Rice

Soak For 5 Min.

Wash Well

  • 250 Gm Methi / Fenugreek Leaves

Wash Well

Cut Into Pieces

Soaked Poha

  • 1 Medium Grated Potatoes

Methi

  • ½ Cup Onion
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • 1 Tspn Ginger
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tspn Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tspn Ajwain

Mix

  • 1 Cup Besan / Gram Flour
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

Grease Oil In Hand

Make Shape

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
