- 250 Gm Methi / Fenugreek Leaves
Wash Well
Cut Into Pieces
Soaked Poha
- 1 Medium Grated Potatoes
Methi
- ½ Cup Onion
- ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
- ¼ Tspn Turmeric
- ½ Tspn Salt
- 1 Tspn Ginger
- ½ Tspn Cumin
- ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
- 1 Tspn Lemon Juice
- 1 Tspn Ajwain
Mix
- 1 Cup Besan / Gram Flour
- 2 Green Chilli
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix Well
Grease Oil In Hand
Make Shape
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 5-7 Min.
