Edible Christmas Tree

An awesome tear and share stuffed christmas tree recipe that you can tweak to make savoury or sweet pretty much any time of Year, super easy filled with spinach & cream cheese & dunked in pizza sauce! More Christmas recipes here

Ingredients list:

• 400g frozen spinach, thawed
• 175g soft cheese (aka cream cheese)
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1tsp onion powder
• ½tsp mild chili powder
• 1tsp Italian seasoning
• Good pinch of salt and pepper
• 60g Parmesan cheese, grated
• 120g Mozzarella cheese, grated
• 2 x ready-made puff pastry sheets
• 1 egg yolk, beaten
• 2tbsp butter, melted
• ½tsp Italian seasoning
• ½tsp garlic salt
• Pizza sauce, for dunking in to serve
