INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • ½ Cup Rice
  • ¼ Cup Chana Dal
  • ¼ Cup Moong Dal

Roast In Low Flame

Roast For 5 Min.

Pour in a Blender

Blend Smooth

  • 1 Raw Potato
  • 2-3 Clove Garlic
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Inch Ginger

Blend Smooth

Pour

  • 2 Tbsp Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tspn Cumin Powder
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ¼ Cup Water

Mix Well

Keep For 10 Min.

  • ¼ Tspn Baking Soda

Make Shape

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 6-8 Min. In Low Heat
