How to cook Marble chiffon cake:

INGREDIENTS
- 6 egg yolks
- 30g (3/8 cup) sugar
- 90ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 120ml (1/2 cup) orange juice
- 150g (1 1/4 cups) cake flour
- 15g cornstarch
- 15g cocoa powder
- 6 egg whites
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 120g (5/8 cup) sugar
METHOD
1. In a pan bowl mix together egg yolks with sugar, add in oil, orange zest, orange juice, and cake flour.
2. Divide the dough into two portions, add cornstarch to the first and cocoa powder to the second.
3. Beat egg whites with lemon juice and divide into portions, then mix into the prepared mixtures.
4. Transfer them one by one to the baking pan and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes.
