INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Methi / Fenugreek Leaves
  • ½ Tspn Salt

Mix Well

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Besan / Gram Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tomato Puree
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tspn Ajwain
  • 1 Tspn Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ½ Tspn Cumin Powder

Mix Well

Make Dough

  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tspn Oil

Take Some Dough

Roll

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
