This stovetop wagyu roast beef donburi recipe makes a luxurious Japanese rice bowl that can be cooked in about 20 minutes thanks to a super easy technique. - 1/4 cup water
- 70 grams onion (1/3 cup grated)

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons wasabi
- 1 batch cooked short grain rice
- 2 scallions (chopped)
