Hey Foodies! Here's an healthier take on the classic Thai dessert but adapted to make a simple breakfast. The oats are cooked with coconut milk on the stove, then it’s topped off with a thick coconut sauce and ripe mangoes!

Ingredients:

Sweet Coconut Sauce

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 60ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut condensed milk
  • slurry (60ml water + 1/2 tbsp cornstarch)
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut condensed milk
  • add pinch of salt
  • ripe mangoes
