Mango Sticky Oats
Hey Foodies! Here's an healthier take on the classic Thai dessert but adapted to make a simple breakfast. The oats are cooked with coconut milk on the stove, then itβs topped off with a thick coconut sauce and ripe mangoes!
Ingredients:
Sweet Coconut Sauce
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 60ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut condensed milk
- slurry (60ml water + 1/2 tbsp cornstarch)
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp coconut condensed milk
- add pinch of salt
- ripe mangoes
