Appetizer with puff pastry

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 rolls of rectangular puff pastry
  • Olives
  • 3 large sausages
  • Mustard
  • Tomato puree
  • Mozzarella
  • Oregano

METHOD

1. Spread the puff pastry with mustard. Roll the hot dog in the dough. Cut the rolls. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes.

2. Make spirals from dough and olives. Thread the spiral onto the skewer. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes.

3. Cut the dough into squares. Put tomato puree in the middle of the square. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 10 minutes, then sprinkle the squares with mozzarella. Bake for another 10 minutes.
