INGREDIENTS

  • Puff pastry
  • Sausages
  • Cheese cubes
  • 1 egg
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Sesame seeds

METHOD

1. Cut the dough into squares.

2. Place a small ball of sausage and a cube of cheese on each square. Shape the dough into balls.

3. Arrange the balls on the tray and make a Christmas tree shape.

4. Brush with egg and sprinkle with rosemary, oregano, and sesame.

5. Bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
