- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour/Refined Wheat Flour
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt
- Oil for Frying

- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Ginger
- Slit Green Chilis
- 1/2 cup Spring Onion Whites
- 1 cup Sliced Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tsp Red Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- Spring Onion Greens
