Panpepato
How to cook Panpepato:

INGREDIENTS
- 50g (1.75oz) walnuts
- 50g (1.75oz) hazelnuts
- 50g (1.75oz) almonds
- 50g (1.75oz) raisins
- 100g (3.5oz) chopped dark chocolate
- 100g (3.5oz) honey and 2 tablespoons of water
- 100g (4/5 cup) flour
- 5g (1 tsp) cinnamon
- a pinch pepper
- a pinch nutmeg
- 10g (1 tbsp) rum
METHOD
1. Melt honey and water in a saucepan.
2. Pour walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, raisins, and chopped chocolate into a bowl. Mix, then pour honey over it. Mix well. Add cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg, and rum. Mix, then add flour. Mix well.
3. Pour the dough onto the baking tray, then shape it with your hands.
4. Bake at 340F/170C for 20 minutes.
5. Leave to cool and then serve.
