Tiramisu Oats

This tiramisu overnight oats are the perfect healthy breakfast. It's full of energy, it's easy to prepare and it's delicious! if you like tiramisu and you like overnight oats, you should try this healthy and nutritious breakfast.


For the overnight oats:

  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon (55g) Rolled oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

For the yogurt layer:

  • 2/3 cup (150g) Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Sweetener of your choice
  • For decoration:
  • Cocoa powder


1. In a bowl, a glass or a mason jar mix rolled oats, chia seeds.

2. In a glass mix with instant coffee (you also can use espresso shot). Add the mixture into the oats, add the sweetener and mix.

3. Refrigerate for one hour or overnight.

4. Before serving mix yogurt with sweetener.

5. Assembly: in a jar or a glass, layer half of the oat mix, then layer half of the yogurt, repeat one more time. At this stage you can keep it in the fridge (covered), up to 4-5 days.

6. When ready to serve, dust with cocoa powder.
