- Garam masala -1/2 tsp
- Dry mango powder -1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Dough :
- All purpose flour - 2 cups
- Carom seeds -1/2 tsp
- Salt -1/2 tsp
- Ghee -1 tbsp
- Water
