How to cook Santa hat brownies:

Santa hat brownies

INGREDIENTS

Brownie mix

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 130ml vegetable oil
  • Melted white chocolate
  • Strawberries
  • Coconut oil

METHOD

1. Pour two eggs into a bowl, add water, oil, and mix.

2. Add the brownie mix and mix again.

3. Grease a muffin tin. Add mix into each hole.

4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

5. Decorate the top of each brownie with melted white chocolate.

6. Cut the stem off a strawberry and place it on top of the white chocolate.

7. Add some white chocolate to the tip of the strawberry.
