Stuffed egg buns

INGREDIENTS

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 zucchini
  • Tumeric
  • Salt
  • 4 bread buns
  • 4 eggs
  • Bacon
  • Cheese

METHOD

  1. Add the olive oil, garlic clove, and zucchini to a pan and fry. Season with turmeric and salt and fry until the zucchini are soft.
  2. Cut the top part of the buns and remove the middle part with the fork. Add in each bun egg, prepared zucchini, bacon, and cheese on top.
  3. Transfer the buns to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 170°C/338°F for 15 minutes.
