Stuffed egg buns

INGREDIENTS
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 zucchini
- Tumeric
- Salt
- 4 bread buns
- 4 eggs
- Bacon
- Cheese
METHOD
- Add the olive oil, garlic clove, and zucchini to a pan and fry. Season with turmeric and salt and fry until the zucchini are soft.
- Cut the top part of the buns and remove the middle part with the fork. Add in each bun egg, prepared zucchini, bacon, and cheese on top.
- Transfer the buns to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 170°C/338°F for 15 minutes.
