Make Soft Dough

  • ½ Cup Matar/ Green Peas
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Inch Ginger

Blend

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ¼ Tspn Garam Masala Powder
  • ¼ Tspn Cumin Powder

Matar/Green Peas

  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Take Some Dough

Roll

Matar Stufing

Roll

Fry in Medium Flame

  • 1 Tspn Oil

Fry Both Side Well
