Instructions:
- Spread mayonnaise or sandwich spread on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer cucumber, tomato, onion, and lettuce on one slice of bread.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the vegetables.
- Cover with another bread slice and press gently.
- Cut the sandwich into desired shapes and serve.
Vegetable Pakoras
Ingredients:
- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- 1/2 cup water
- Assorted chopped vegetables (such as onions, potatoes, bell peppers, cauliflower)
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix gram flour, water, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt to make a batter of medium consistency.
- Add chopped vegetables to the batter and mix well to coat them evenly.
