- Lemon (zest)
- Orange (zest)
- 70ml (1/4 cup) of milk
- 1/2 of orange (juice)
- 1 tbsp of liqueur
- 300g (2 1/2 cups) of all-purpose flour
- 16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
- 30g of lard
- Oil for frying
