Caramelized French Toast Roll-Ups

Caramelized French Toast Roll Ups are made with Toast Bread slices filled with smooth Butter, Cinnamon and Sugar mix, finally coated with a crispy brown sugar caramelized crust.

Ingredients

  • 12 Toast Bread slices
  • 50 g Butter, softened at room temperature
  • 50 g Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 45 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 70 g Dark Brown Muscovado Sugar Cane
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 10 g Butter, for cooking

For raspberry coulis:

  • 125 g fresh raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
