- Red Food Coloring in paste
- About 15-20 g (3-4 tsp) milk room temperature
Cream Cheese Filling:
- 60 g (4 tbsp) cream cheese like Philadelphia
- 30 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter softened at room temperature
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 90 g (3/4 cup) powdered sugar
