Ingredients

  • 1 kg (2 pounds) of peeled potatoes;
  • 40g (3 tbsp) shredded parmesan;
  • 80g (½ cup) cornstarch;
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg;
  • Salt and pepper;
  • 300g (1 ½ cup) minced meat (beef+pork);
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped;
  • 1 tsp garlic powder;
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded;
  • 10g (2 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped.
