Chocolate Coconut Balls Recipe

Chocolate Coconut Balls are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. Here is a simple recipe you can follow:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
- Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, form mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until the balls are firm.
- In a small bowl, microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
- Using a fork, dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate and place it back on the parchment paper.
- Refrigerate again until the chocolate has hardened, about 30 minutes.
Once the chocolate is set, your Chocolate Coconut Balls are ready to serve! You can store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy!
