  • 200g white chocolate
  • 40g puffed rice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice cereal and set it aside.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey and peanut butter, and stir until they are melted and well combined.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the puffed rice cereal and stir until the cereal is well coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly with a spatula.
  7. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until it is firm and set.
  8. Cut the puffed rice mixture into bars or squares using a sharp knife, and store them in an airtight container.
