- 3-4 tablespoons Tahini (or more if you prefer creamer hummus)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Juice from one Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Red/white onion, chopped
- 80g Sun dried tomatoes
- 80 Spinach
- 60-80 ml Pasta water
- 200g Pasta
