Ingredients
For the crust:
- 3 egg yolks
- 50ml (1/4 cup) of milk
- 50ml (1/4 cup) of cooking oil
- Vanilla extract
- 60g (1/2 cup) of all-purpose flour
- 15g (1 1/4 tbsp) of cocoa powder
For the meringues:
- 3 egg whites
- 50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of lemon (juice)
For the filling:
- 120ml (1/2 cup) of whipping cream
- 13g (1 tbsp) of sugar
- 60g (1/4 cup) of cream cheese
For the chocolate ganache:
- 200g of dark chocolate
- 60g of roasted peanuts
