  • 2 lobster tails, shells removed and meat chopped into bite-sized pieces

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chopped lobster meat and cook for about 2-3 minutes until it turns opaque and is cooked through. Remove the lobster from the skillet and set it aside.
