- 10g (3/4 tbsp) of sugar
- 7g of dry yeast
- 20ml (1 1/2 tbsp) of extra virgin olive oil
- 400g (3 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
- 100g (1/2 cup) of self-rising flour
- 15g (3/4 tbsp) of salt
- 150g of diced bacon
- Oil for frying
